Through our links with local architects, we have worked on a variety of housing projects.
Recent schemes involve a project in Bromsgrove to construct three luxury “barn conversion” style properties with a number of unusual features. This required a high level of structural input to provide the open plan areas and bespoke features required by the architect.
We are also currently advising a local developer on the development of 16 properties in the Wolverhampton area. Our involvement has involved not only structural design for the buildings but construction details for an adoptable highway and liaison with Severn Trent regarding adoption of the drainage systems
