We regularly advise both the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham and the Church of England Diocese of Birmingham as well as many other faiths.

Two recent projects are the re-development of Handsworth Baptist Church, which involved the demolition of the existing structure and building of a new Church with multi use function area. We acted as Structural Engineers and, in view of the restricted site, our brief was to allow open plan floor space to the Church and first floor meeting area. The project was designed to meet the client’s criteria and has enhanced the environment and provided a multi use facility for the local community.

Another recent project was at Bromsgrove Baptist Church where the existing basement area had a history of damp ingress and flooding. The project involved complete tanking of the area and the construction of new disabled access, so that the offices could be re-used and extended. This facility is now used for the Church Office and as a base for the Bromsgrove Youth Homeless Forum.
